Never actually shipped the item or issued a refund. When the dispute case was opened, the seller demanded to close it and claimed it wasn't the seller's fault then stopped communication. Good thing the dispute case wasn't closed because eBay had to step in to issue a refund.

The item was supposed to arrive between 8 of May to the 16 but hasn’t arrived. When I click the link of the shipping company it always says item not find.
