Seller sent email saying the reel was faulty and offered another reel. As I couldn't reply asap due to bad reception, I agreed a few days later to his offer but he had already sent the dodgy one. As it's my 1st electric reel, it's most disappointing to receive the faulty unit. I need an electric reel due to extremely painful arthritis in my wrist.
