This item was completely misrepresented in the title description, ALL YOU GET IS THE ROPE. Instead of graciously accepting my return request, the seller did everything they could to resist it, and getting a full refund from them was like pulling teeth. Thankfully, eBay customer support helped me in this regard. Seller claimed that they tried to send a return slip and it failed. Really ?? Check very carefully what you're getting from this seller, and don't purchase until you're absolutely sure.
