i wanted to cancel this item beacuse it was a burnt copy. no where in the description did it say this. i was looking for original copy. so i put in a request. for the reason of cancellation i put ordered by mistake (to kinda protect the seller because after i paid for the item they messaged me saying it was burnt) so i didnt want to leave a bad review because he reached out. now 4 days later ebay saying cancellation denied. why is that?
