Larger-diameter heat shrink is NOT adhesive-lined/marine grade. Contacted seller, was advised to "heat it" (really? Heat the HEATSHRINK?), and there'd be "some adhesion that will work for my needs." Since my needs, however, were to form as tight a seal as possible, no: it will not. But I can cope with all that. The fact that I emailed IN ADVANCE to verify the adhesive before buying is what has me annoyed. As for the tubing: quality is fine, ratio's as advertised. It's just NOT STICKY/WATERPROOF!
