contacted seller about the item not shipping out after label was printed quickly after a week and magically i got a different tracking number that showed shipping that day of the 24th but regardless still no card.

As I explained to the buyer I received a different tracking number in some fluke of event. The item was mailed from fort worth Texas. The day the buyer responded I called the post office and was given a different tracking number and was told the item was in Oklahoma City. I relayed this information to the buyer. Tracking number shows item delivered. Although communication was good I don't feel negative feedback was warranted. Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyer or I would.
