Pipe was beautiful, but the packing was really substandard. The pipe was wrapped in a single layer of small bubble wrap and enclosed in an envelope which arrived open, not having even been reinforced with a piece of tape. It's a wonder the pipe didn't simply fall out. Shipping a pipe without using a box is ridiculous. I won't purchase from this seller again.
