Seller supplied only one half of a 2-part mechanism. Repeated requests for a complete machine produced offers of 30%, later 50%, refunds. Only a complete mechanism is of any use. I am left with the impression that whoever is answering my messages knows nothing of the mechanism on offer and has no contact with the dispatch department (who made the mistake)_ I still want a complete machine!

Not fit for purpose my wife put it on 1 leg and it dug in to the back of her knee giving her more pain than she was already in! They don't give her any support or anything they about as much use as a broken wheelchair with no wheels! How can you sell this sh** to people fully knowing it doesn't work worst item I bought of ebay this is a temu item being sold on ebay. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone not even my worst enemy. I'd ask for a refund but knowing ebay never get one.
