I have sent a fully tested and working product demonstrated in my photos and description. Buyer confirmed that they took the item to a repair shop without consulting me. Which from their photos shows was damaged with a screwdriver at repair shop. The item was very securely packed which the buyer also confirmed and the item was not damaged during transit. They did not request a refund. I assisted them continuously even helping with use of product.
