Item came unsealed and the pads were wrinkled and blue/smelled like regular nail polish remover not scented. Have used these for years never had blue pads before. Seller states the pads were fine when they left. So apparently the plastic seal must of melted off in the packaging and the pads changed color because there was no loose plastic in the package lol. I have 6 others here from others sellers and they all have plastic wrap sealing them.
