This is a really nice builder's plate from Brill Car Co, one of the most prolific builders of trolley cars. They were located not that far from where I live. I rode on many PTC trolley cars in Philadelphia when I was a child, that I now know were built by Brill. I had another similar one, but this one has a construction number, so it's even better. Package arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
