Somewhere along the way the shipping went wrong so the puzzle is in limbo somewhere. The seller responded quickly and kindly to my concerns and was monitoring the shipping as I was. She promptly issued a refund once we found this out. Hoping the puzzle will be returned to one of us. Would buy from this seller again, she was very easy to work with.
