I trimmed and potted them but the mold was too bad so they didn't recover. I requested a replacement and the seller was argumentative and abusive. So I asked for a refund. He said he only made $6 on the order and that's all he would refund. eBay stepped in and gave me a full refund. Read his comments to other unhappy customers and it will make you cringe. I think that pretty much makes my reply for me, for anyone with a brain... You are a large seller making a false claim on a startup, shame on you. How rude of you. Now you have cost me double that in loss for your forced refund. Good Luck on your own business in the future.
