I tried to explain this to him and he said I was on my own. He seems like a very negative person and didn't give one inch to resolve the problem. His package was packed in stiro foam and there was no way it could've been damaged after it was packed. But he refuses to believe that. I don't recommend buying from this individual if I were you. I know I won't anymore
