    The coating is peeled off inside. This is a functional flaw in the product, but I hid it with a photo and deceived it as if it were a completely fine object. What a con artist!

    LOOK AT THE PICTURES IN THE LISTING BEFORE YOU BUY !!! This is 70 year old piece of plastic, in used condition. Some discoloration is a perfectly normal sign of age. It is visible on the images in the lisitng.

    The camera did not meet the description given. The light meter was not working and there was a hole through the battery cover. It was a nice camera and lens which I wanted to keep. So I sent it to Asahi Pentax , specialist repairs . I also had it serviced and it works well now. There was a limp response from the seller and I felt I was unlikely to get very far. The cost of repairs and the service was £165. :

    You did NOT want to return the camera !!! This camera was professionally serviced before sale and sill under its 6 month service warrenty. No reason at all for you to spend any money on it. If there really was a problem you could simply have returned it - you decided to keep it instead. There was no 'hole in the battery door' - this is evident on the listing images. Some film cameras have a breather hole in the battery door acting as a vent to allow batteries to off-gas.
