I purchased an item that was mismeasured by the seller - sent them images of the actual garment with tape measurements and this was their response "It may have drawn up during shipping it should stretch back to normal size". Umm. No. It is acrylic. It does NOT stretch back. Grrr. Note to self, ask seller to include tape measurements on ALL garments.
