        After winning and paying for an auctioned item listed buy seller, seller canceled the order and will not be sending out item , seller blamed ebay for relisting the item and that he wasnt aware, so I'm not sure if it really was ebays fault or if the seller just didn't like the price the auctioned ended at, but just wanted to leave feedback for other buys to beaware.
