Necklace itself had a minor flaws with one of the jump rings but was easily fixable with a pair of pliers. The quality feels decent, it doesn't feel cheap and has some weight to it. (The lighter came pre-filled which is a plus.) The clicks sounds more like a plastic-y bic than a zippo if that matters to you. Overall, it's a gorgeous piece for Nana fans!!
