When it arrived it was a 3.6 ct total diamond weight, Contacted the seller who first stated it was 8.6ct. After proving it was 3.6cts was offered a refund. I have paid AUD$930 in duties. Seller stated this is my bad luck and my problem! All caused by their mis-representing the item. I would not have bought it that price. I have requested a partial store credit as compensation which has been refused.
