      The seller created shipping label and didn't send the item. He excuses all the reasons he can imagine and even my address is undeliverable which I used more than 5 years to get items from ebay. And he can't cancel this sell he said. And I need to wait till the estimated delivery date if I want to refund. I have complained about this on eBay.

      We’ve contacted you through all of it, you yourself contacted eBay and they told you, you had to wait, we’ve offered a full refund to accommodate from the very beginning. We try to uphold excellence but we cannot control what the post office does, please refer to the hundreds of positive feedback. We’ve sold thousands of items and rarely do we encounter issues from the post office but it happens.
