    The order arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was well done and preserved the item. Additionally, we received the item as described. (And it was a good value compared to other competitors online.) Despite the item not being what we actually needed, we had returned it.     I have to abstain on shipping because the postal service where I live is a bit of a problem. The part appears to have been cleaned before packaging; the packaging was suitable for the part. All the gromets and other details are present, including the clamp. I would have to say the item is better than described or pictured. As for value: this is an antique car part and putting a value on it is difficult, the fact I can find it at a price I feel is reasonable is purely speculation.
