    Item was never shipped. When the status of our order never changed from paid to shipped, we reached out to find out the status from the seller. We received no response. When the last day came and went of the expected delivery we reached out to EBay stating we still wanted the items. Instead the seller ended up refunding the order. That is fine, but once again absolutely no reason was given and no communication whatsoever from the seller. At the very least the seller should have been more open!
