I purchased this wig from the seller but it didn’t fit right. It’s a Monique 12-13 which is exactly what I buy everytime I buy wigs which is a lot. She made no offer to refund me so it took me about two hours of stretching the wig. She told me to cut the wig on the side!I had told a customer to buy two of them and I’d fix her two dolls. When I saw they didn’t fit I told her to tell lady and ask for refunds. She was told she didn’t allow refunds because a wig didn’t fit. I ask and she refused.
