It straightens out but it needs heated and formed. One of the legs is a little warped as well. There is a little paint wear on the claws and some other places. The plastic bag that has the cotton in it is torn. It is otherwise in great shape. The sound works. It has the battery door and there isn't any corrosion in the battery compartment. It is about 29" long.”
