    Platinum plated? I was excited to try a couple of pairs, but they didn't work for me. My piercings burn immediately unless they are gold or white gold. I assumed that platinum would be a safe metal too. But these burned right away, just like any other metal! I don't know now if my piercings react to platinum too, or if the plating was inferior or even if there was no playing? At any rate, they were pretty, but I can't use them.��
