I would grade it a 8.5 out of 10 to play it very safe. It is unused / never displayed. It has sat in the box you see since it came out. Box has some minor wear. Plastic has no cracks with very minor wear. Rockets, envelope, patch and instructions included in original contents (please check pictures). The front wheel is slightly different then the rest of the wheels - I have had many through the years and they all had this.The envelope does have some wear to it. Please look at pictures and please ask any questions you may have.”
