      You ordered and I sent you the LARGE/XL SIZE COLLAR which is 1" wide and adjusts to fit necks 18"-26". If you look at tracking you will see that I shipped and USPS picked up your package the day after you paid. Yes, there were USPS delays in getting package to you. While I am sorry for this do you realize that I cannot control USPS delays?
