More than a year ago

Verified purchase

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong item, I ordered pj mask headphones and received a plush toy instead (cheaper and slightly damaged with a small hole). Perhaps the seller is on holiday in which case fair enough, but I have sent 2 messages plus photos over 3 days and not had a reply. Yesterday I began a returns process so expect a full refund in August. The item is for my daughters birthday so I'm now rushing around to find an alternative seller to get the item I ordered.
