This is a great-looking mid 19th century Victorian era oil on canvas portrait painting featuring a blue eyed lady wearing a white and blue lace bonnet. This old girl is housed in an older wooden frame and looks to have been relined with wax on to a newer canvas backing some years ago. She just plays very well with heavy crazing and quite an impressive primitive style that would be welcome in the halls of any estate. She is fresh from a Maryland home and is begging for a new life. 24 inch by 30 inch”
