Not transparent in shoe sizing! Only solution offered was to pay shipping. But still didn’t update shoe sizing with incorrect European to US sizing. Customers still will believe the information is correct when it’s not. Somehow the shipping only costs were the price of another pair! Seller stopped contacting me and never offered a viable solution. Very disappointing.
