The moulds to make these specific pods costs thousands, so much more involved then just the plastic. These are not produced in mass numbers like cheap universal pods so costs are much higher, these are the only pods available of this kind. If you researched the cost to have just a one off similar product made in the same way you would realise the costs involved to finish up with this piece of plastic.
