The item the buyer purchased was thoroughly tested prior to sale and was found to be and sold as fully functional. The buyer first contacted us approximately 60 days after the sale claiming the item was not functional. Additionally this customer was rude and has resorted to name-calling, as well as, threats of negative feedback and dishonest claims.
