Failure by the Seller to inform us that our order was cancelled and Failure to advise us why it was cancelled. We were left wondering when we’d get delivery. After numerous messages sent to the Seller enquiring when delivery would be, we eventually got an answer just saying that a refund was issued 9 days earlier BUT the refund still hasn’t been paid after 2 weeks. We’ve asked EBAY to open a case against the Seller in order to get our money back. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. NO STARS.
