I sent off package with fedex on that Monday. Buyer did message me on Thursday asking about the item. I told the buyer if not received the package by the next day please message me. I message the buyer the next day and they told me they haven’t received it. I apologized. I message the buyer the receipt saying I dropped it off. And apologize again and sent a full refund to them trying to make it right.fedex lost the package. I apologize again!
