I ordered a pack of reading glasses over two weeks ago. It is now three days past the "receive by" date stated. I contacted the seller on the last day once my items hadn't been received, but have had no response. USPS says they have the label created but are still waiting for the box from the seller to send, so I can't really rate an item I haven't even received. ☹️
