I bought the item as a gift for a World of Warships player. I was of the opinion that it was an original. Unfortunately it is a simple print of a picture of the original. As such it is completely worthless. I can't imagine any buyer willing to spend money on it. The seller is legally off the hook, as I have subsequently seen, he has somehow stated this in the text. Nevertheless, I feel like I've been conned. You learn from harm. Always read the text carefully.

I have tried to resolve this issue with the buyer without success. It is fully described as a scan / copy etc, a number of times in the description, and title, and is listed in the pre-print of this eBay category. It is frankly very unreasonable that neg feedback can be left under these circumstances, when the buyer can be bothered to read the item description. The buyer has unfortunately been blocked as I won't deal with such an unreasonable individual.
