30 boxes Extra Joss. I paid for items and paid full eBay postage. I sent 2 messages to seller to confirm full payment, including screengrabs. I instructed Seller to honour the eBay transaction. Seller tried to scam additional postage charges. Seller then cancelled the transaction. Buy elsewhere!

Upon checking with our courier partners, this buyer's address is located in a remote area and couriers would charge us a significant amount of additional surcharge for remote area delivery. This is beyond our control and unfortunately we cannot afford to absorb the cost.
We tried to communicate with the buyer asking if he would like to pay for the additional shipping fee or alternatively cancel the order. We don't force him to pay the additional shipping fee.
