Seller lost part of the product and said I can get a full refund after posting the item back, I am not happy with this "resolution" I just wanted the lost part or for him to refund some of the money as I did not receive the full product, he said I was rude because I said that "I would do what he wouldn't" and by this I meant measurements of the product, going out to the shop and buying and making the lost part. This man, he was very rude unprofessional, would be 0 stars if possible

It is my right to request a return of faulty goods for a full refund. It's easy for customers to claim something is missing or broken just to try get a discount.
This customer was extremely rude, blaming it on their autism, then changing their mind and claiming it was me being rude. Good luck to anybody dealing with this person.
