Updating household laptops. Ordered 3 of these drives. None will work because they have WIN 10 PRO installed and my hardware has Win 10 HOME installed so my hardware keys are worthless and they don't work. Seller wants another $20 per drive for shipping to change to Win 10 HOME. Had to reorder from diff seller.

Thank you for your feedback, our description clearly mentions to contact us and ask for the Operating system version needed, otherwise Windows 10 Pro will be installed by default. Unfortunately we have never received any communication and Windows 10 Pro been installed by default. We have offered to fix customer mistake by shipping back the drives to our store, re-install Operating System needed on both drives and ship back the drives to customer address for a total of $20 shipping fees. Thanks
