I paid for my item promptly via Paypal. However, the order was quickly cancelled by the seller and refunded without any communications from them other than the reason stated for the cancellation (within the e-bay auto message) given as "at buyer's request" - which it was not :( I messaged the seller politely asking what had happened but received no reply. Very disappointing and very poor service :/

i had responded to the buyer stating the item they had purchased was damaged, it was a hollow rugby ball. If I find an issue with the item purchased, I do not sell and refund the monies immediately which I did on this occasion. Very unfair to give negative feedback!

I did not receive any message(s) from the seller regarding any fault with the item (despite receiving other messages correctly from other sellers at around the same time). I suppose there could have been a fault in the messaging service, at the time, when the seller sent their message to me, but, as I didn't receive any such communication, my original feedback still stands. On a positive note, which I will highlight, the refund was quickly actioned by the seller - thank you!
