We do everything we can to resolve any problems with purchases. This does require the buyer to get in contact. Looking through our emails, i cannot see any contact has been made to allow us to resolve this issue.
These shelves are sturdy and can take alot of abuse. When produced, the joints are tight & strong. You can use them without glue.
Despite this feedback. I can offer to send sandpaper to sand the joints, a replacement set or a refund. But this does require the buyer to get in contact
