I have been using this lamp for 15+ days on full light the lamp itself doesnt heat much and puts out 3-5 degrees celcius to the plants but the charger of the lamp heats a little bit (like an old laptop charger). Didnt get to measure the light but it puts out a great amount, you cannot look at it straight up. The product overall seems to have very good quality. Definitely worth the money 8,5/10
