Ordered on Tuesday, arrived Friday. Very well wrapped (I did message the seller to make sure that the packaging didn't reveal what was inside just in case I didn't get to the post first). Item is as described and in a good box which I would expect for the price of the item (it was quite expensive for a letter opener!). Interested to see that I got this item for almost £10 cheaper than on Bigwicks own website, and £4 cheaper than their storefront on Amazon.
