the buyer is less than truthful, he assumed that he was getting a manufacture warranty, he did not know Ebay's definition of open box. Razer Blade only warranty authorized dealers and you have to have a receipt from that authorized dealer. The laptop was purchased by auction in a lot of other laptops.
