Delivery was surprisingly fast, and the pitcher was securely wrapped to protect it. Some years ago, I'd brought an identical pitcher back from San Gimignano and gifted it to a friend. She recently broke it and was lamenting its loss. Delighted I'll be able to surprise her with this come Christmas!
