    The cake topper hasn' t been used yet. Although it would be better in detailed colour so it would blend in on a sea/ surf birthday cake.

    We do everything we can do to resolve any problems with purchases. This does require the buyer contacting us to let us know of an issue. Looking through our emails I cannot see any contact has been made with us to allow us to resolve this issue. The buyer is welcome to return this item for a full refund or replacement, despite this feedback. But they will need to get in contact.
