It's a decent little graphics card that is a serious step up from having no card at all. My computer has a small PSU (260 watts) but this card is able to run in it without any issues. The next step up (Radeon RX 560) has twice the graphics power as this RX 550 (and it is at a similar price), but it also has twice the wattage needs (100 for RX 560 and 50 watts for this). I don't feel like replacing the PSU, so I'll stick with this for now.
