Der Schalter ist nicht gekennzeichnet. Man weiß nicht welcher Einstellung er hat. Die beigelegte CD (die eigentlich nicht dabei sein soll) ist zerbröselt und unbrauchbar. Eine Bedienungsanleitung gibt es nicht. Die Software (Treiber usw.), die man Online herunterladen soll, ist mir Viren, Trojanern und Malware verseucht. Der Support ist hilflos und verweist auf die Online (verseuchten) Software.
Ausnahme: Die Software Forscan auf der Originalseite ist OK!
