The Collector's Edition I received was in wonderful shape. And the product arrived in a timely manner. My one complaint is that the original posting reflected an additional CD in the first photo. I ordered the item based on this image and I did not receive the CD. Turns out the CD was not included. I did not reach out to the seller to confirm prior to purchasing, so I am slightly to blame. However, I would have considered other listings had I known that CD was not included. Slightly disappointed
