Hi Julian, please know that the goods were definitely sent to you via tracked and signed. It is not our fault if, for some technical issues, the package did not reach you till now. Also, you have received the FULL REFUND! I believe that, eventually, the parcel will arrive or be returned to us as the courier has to follow the international Postage Regulation Convention between countries.
